Background

Glenn A. Tung, MD, FACR is Professor of Diagnostic Imaging (Radiology) and is board-certified in internal medicine (1985), diagnostic radiology (1989), and neuroradiology (2016), and has practiced and taught in Rhode Island since 1991. He is a fellow of the American College of Radiology and has received the Dean’s Excellence in Teaching Award ten times.

In addition to medical pedagogy, Dr. Tung’s research interests are in the translation of advanced magnetic resonance imaging techniques to the understanding of stroke, neuro-oncology and sports-related orthopaedic injuries.
