Background

Dr. Kosztowski earned his medical  degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.  During this time, he was funded by  the Howard Hughes Medical Institute to perform tumor biology research.  He completed his residency in neurosurgery  at Johns Hopkins University Hospital where he also did an enfolded fellowship in complex and minimally invasive spine surgery.

His practice includes comprehensive spinal care including trauma, degenerative,  deformity, and oncologic diseases. He offers patients cutting-edge surgical techniques such as minimally invasive spine surgery and spinal navigation.
