Belinda Shao, MD, MPH, is a neurosurgery resident at Brown Neurosurgery. She is an aspiring pediatric neurosurgeon, with clinical interests in the full realm of pediatric neurosurgery including fetal myelomeningocele repair, spinal dysraphism, Chiari Malformation, epilepsy, hydrocephalus, endoscopic approaches, and pediatric brain tumors. Her research interests include global neurosurgery, fetal myelomeningocele repair, Chiari, pediatric epilepsy, and healthcare disparities. Outside of the hospital, she enjoys going to the beach, trying new restaurants, and hanging out with her 1-year-old daughter.
